Our Accessibility & Inclusion Statement
Last Updated On 25-Apr-2025
Effective Date 25-Apr-2025
At the New Forest Agricultural Show Society, along with our associated companies, we want everyone who visits our events and locations to feel welcome and able to take part, without barriers. Whether someone is here for a day out, a short stay, or just passing through, we aim to make their experience straightforward, comfortable, and inclusive.
Accessibility isn’t a checklist, it’s part of how we design, plan, and run everything we do. From level access and clear signage to helpful staff and adapted facilities, we put thought into the details that make a difference. Inclusion is about making sure people aren’t held back by assumptions, limitations, or past prejudice. Everyone should feel they belong at one of our events or locations, regardless of background, ability, or circumstance.
We know that needs vary, so are always open to feedback and remain committed to improving wherever we can. For us, inclusion means creating spaces that work well for everyone, not just most people.
Because when we remove barriers, we create better experiences for all.
